For six years, I have been working in this field. in the initial days, I had been earning sufficient money. at that time, the business was good and profits and real estate business were in swing and growing rapidly.

As an agent, every day, I visit new sites and search for good properties. sometimes, we can’t find the properties that satisfy the customer’s priority. During this gap, it may take 20 days to 1 month to find a buyer-suitable property. during this period, almost, more than one month time is exhausted.

Face Challenges and Be Consistent

Outside the world, real estate is a more profitable business but it has more challenges and complications on the ground level in reality. so doing a real estate business, as you imagine, is not an easy task. we have to face many hurdles in this journey. so if you want to do real estate business, before dealing with any property, you have to take care of everything. otherwise, we’ll have to face many problems and may not be but ultimately we should be more conscious.

While dealing with a property, sometimes, the seller would be advanced to sell his property also, the buyer would be advanced to buy a property. in between them, we have to arrange the meeting and co-ordinate smoothly and cleverly. otherwise, the deal will fail. In the end, we have to manage and maintain a balance between both of them. Finally, we should close the deal.

Follow up Buyer

Also, as an agent, it is your responsibility to follow the buyer until you close the deal. because this business is competitive and more productive. so each customer is precious to your company. also never hesitate to follow up and contact a customer until and unless you get a proper answer from the client.

But don’t behave like a customer harassing. As an agent, we never pain the customer and disturrb and also his work. because if you continuously harass him, he feels very bad and disturbed and next time he won’t respond to your call. so only by taking his permission, frequently contact. like this way, you have to keep running your business and attitude.

Real estate business means investing in properties, developing properties, and churning profits. it involved money, fame, brand, and other related things. also, the projects are estimated to be one crore to 1000 crore. as well to run this business, you require workforce, money, goods and services, and related things. also, it creates employment, and taxes, and generates income for the government. in developing countries, it is essential business.

Sometimes, closing a single deal will take more than 3 months. it may be a big task for a real estate agent. because during this period, he has to invest some money and time to examine the property.

Moreover, it is a Burden to every agent. so as agents, we have to bear these difficulties and also we should have patience and courage to close the leads. so have the patience to be successful in the business for a long time. if you are nervous, it will affect your future in the long term.

Real estate business professionally, it is okay but when it comes to dealing with properties, particularly new and unknown properties and also new people who are not known. in this situation, we will have to face some problems. if we don’t make proper decisions before closing the deal. so when dealing with unknown people and new properties we have to take care of all documents and everything you have to check. after all, we will make the final decision. majorly, it avoids illegal and fraudulent properties.

Everyday life of an Agent

One of my friends showed a property to a buyer who liked it and was ready to purchase it. then my friend told me he was ready to purchase a property. immediately I arranged a meeting to close the deal. next, we went to the seller’s house where the meeting was arranged. we all the agents and buyer side people came. they had verified all documents before beginning to talk. after that, it took almost 1 hour to agree. finally, both of them agreed to some price. Eventually, we successfully closed the deal.

In the real estate business, only focus on the results, and don’t consider expenditure and time. but it would help if you committed to your work until it has to be done. because it is a huge business, it takes a lot of time to generate leads because it involves money, time, place, and value of the properties and profit.
