If you click on the Join, a new pop-up window opens with a link for video chat. You can copy or send this link to anyone who wants to chat, or you can manually add the participants to the call.

1.Start a meeting from Gmail

Go to your Gmail account and in the left sidebar, then click Start a meeting.
Within the Google Meet window, you can do one of the following:
To participate, using your computer’s video camera for video and your computer’s microphone for audio, click Join Now.
To use the phone for audio, click Join, use the phone for audio, and then follow the instructions on the screen.

2.Invite Meeting participants
In the ‘Add others ‘box, you can choose one of the following:
To share the conference code with anyone, click Copy meeting information, then paste the information into the messaging app.
Sending them an email to invite someone, click Add people, enter names or email addresses, then click Send invitation.
You can invite someone to join the meeting by phone, click Add people, then click Call and enter the phone number.
3.Participants can join the conference from Gmail

Enter the conference code and then click Join.
