You might have read many articles and essays about the inner peace that world well-known intellectuals wrote and guided. But I am not a doctor or any renowned person to write this article. Just I am a self-realized writer and achieved inner peace myself before I would live in mere infatuation and self-doubt.
After several years, questioned me? Is this my life? Do I suffer for life long? How do I differ from my surrounding people?
What is the actual meaning of my life? How should find peace and joy in my life? Is there any solution to finding inner peace to reach overwhelming life?
These kinds of questions have been buzzing in my mind for 2 years?
One day I decided strongly to find inner peace.
Then started finding what I am?
How do my thoughts, emotions, and feelings rule my presentness, behavior, actions, and consequences?
So, I started finding small solutions for each and every problem that I face in my everyday life.
Thus, I started finding gradual changes in my thoughts, feelings, emotions, actions, and results.
Then, I tried a more rigid way to completely transform my life, and finally, I transformed into a simple person, an active decision-maker, become more conscious about things that I am involved in, a right-thinking person, a peaceful, joyful, and happier person than ever before.
In order to gain inner peace of mind, what I did do? And how do I achieve it?
What is Inner peace?
Here I would like to share with you my real-life experiences and transformations that changed my life effectively.
Inner peace is a state of mind that is free from stress, anxiety, and fear.
It is a place where you can find calm and tranquility.
It is a state of being that allows you to find happiness and contentment in the present moment.
There are many ways to achieve inner peace. Below are some tips that can help you find peace within yourself:

It allows you to focus on your breath and clear your mind of all distractions.
When you meditate, you are able to connect with your inner self and find peace within.

Aromatherapy is a great way to get inner peace.
Realize yourself to find peace and joy in your life
As per my understanding, everybody in this world, sometimes or at a certain age, they might have suffered many life wounds that may be losing a dear one, falling in love, loss in business, failure in education, or falling in love with a girl, and failing in destined goal.
Failures can happen due to various reasons that can inflict your mind anyway. So here you might be one of them.
Actually, is there failure? What is the meaning of failure? In my view, failure is only assuming things and it is part of success only.
In order to achieve anything in this world, nothing is possible in a single day, it will take its own time, and there is no exception.
When the toddler started walking he falls and stands at the very first stage, after 1 to 2 years, he can walk and stand strong.
In the same way when we are aspiring for something or when we set a goal, we fall and stand.
Ultimately, one day we will be successful.
It is true or very common.
But until then we have to wait and we have to put consistent efforts to reach the destination point.
Then only we will be successful.
So, why are you suffering for everything which is part of our life journey, today we live, tomorrow you may be dying.
The only present is yours so learn how to make your life journey happily and effortlessly.
Because sadness, nervousness, disappointment, and idleness never help you to move further.
Moreover, they will pull you back your valuable time and your inner peace.
So Happy and activeness force you further to make wonderful things perfectly.
So, only joyful and blissful and peace of mind can work more actively to make you a perfect man.
So, always be happy, and find peace and joy in every part of your action in your daily life.

Whatever the reason that most damaged you. Still, are you suffering from that memories then how can you move further?
First of all, let us know the universal truth that the past is memory, the present is alive, and the future is imagination so we never replicate them.
Whether we exist on this earth or not, they are eternal, they exist forever. So, it doesn’t possible to change the universal truth. This truth you have to remember always.
Eventually, you can know yourself and find inner peace effortlessly.
Ways to find inner peace and happiness within yourself
If you think everything is possible then everything is possible.
If you think everything is difficult then nothing is possible.
So, it all depends on your conscious thoughts that instigate your subconscious mind to reach for each of your actions in your life.
What do you understand here? Thinking pattern is important that decides the consequences of your every action.
If you are in a blissful and joyful mood you can do more hard work.
If you are in a desperate mood, then you will abstain from work.
Now decide which way you have to respond and how should be your everyday life?
Here thoughts of your mind decide the future results and your present status.
Happiness and inner peace of your mind can create wonderful things and can get amazing results.
That’s why you have to change your thinking pattern if you are going in the wrong way.
Mere thoughts of your mind decide your whole life.

One thing you have to remember it all depends on how you are thinking about each and every object on this earth.
I know you can remember, understand, and respond to what you gather from your childhood.
And moreover, some depend on your growing environment and some from your childhood incidents.
Now if you want to change yourself, forget all those things, refresh your thoughts and start a new life that is thinking in a positive way, happy and joyful way, and know the universal truth.
Don’t see this universe through your past narrow window, break the narrow thinking barriers, open up your mind to unlimited nature and see everything as it is.
Know what finds peace within yourself?
When you enter a big forest or vegetation, you can find so many wonderful things that you never see.
Even you can amuse how they are living? and looking at their lifestyle.
Where you can find many wonderful things like oceans, glaciers, rivers, waterfalls, and other living wonderful creatures.
When you observe them you can mesmerize that they can find their own ways effortlessly.
When we see the calm floating water in between woods, we will relax and soothe.
Also, when you see the large green vegetation, suddenly, you will get peace of mind.
When you listening birds chirping, you can observe your body will be thrilling automatically.
Mind relaxation and soothing can happen inevitably when seeing nature because it is the nature of nature.
It welcomes you peacefully and joyfully that is its character. So, imagine if you have a natural character, how you can attract and how you can create wonderful things?
Here what resources find peace within yourself?
Start finding those nature things where spend at least twice or thrice a week that will teach you how to be calm, relax, soothe, and achieve inner peace within yourself.
Search for different ways for finding inner peace and happiness
How many ways you can find inner peace and happiness yourself? Is there any way to find peace and joy in your life?
As per my knowledge, there is nothing way to find peace because no one can’t create peace and joy in you.
You are the only person you can change yourself and you can repair yourself and you can rule your life.
Someone can bring happiness within you for short time but they never create permanent happiness.
So that you have to create yourself and you have to find new ways yourself.
So, start learning the whole process of your inner thoughts how they are reflecting and influencing your emotional and physical behavior.
Put great efforts to achieve peace in the world?
Finally, how to achieve peace in the world? You don’t need to change the world.
First of changing yourself and create peace within yourself.
Then you see the surrounding world peacefully. Like you, every person in this world changes themselves.
Then all world becomes a peaceful world.
If you are peaceful and I am peaceful, then everything will become peaceful automatically. Then the whole world becomes peaceful.
When you step onto this earth, you know nothing, when you leaving this earth you carry nothing.
So everything is a myth. Except for peace of world contribution to existing ones.
