Thousands of years back, we emerged from nature. Not only do we as human beings but also every living creature on this earth and universe comes out of nature. Without it, nothing is here on this earth.

It provides food, shelter, clothes, life, and everything we need to exist on this earth. Moreover, it spreads peace, calmness, joy, happiness, and thrilling moments, and also it reduces stress, anxiety, frustration, hopelessness, loneliness, Fear, and fluctuating thoughts.

When I am unhappy, Nervous, stressed, hopeless, and in a deep sorrowful mood, I don’t like to sit alone, and I immediately get out of that and go to the nature fields where I enjoy the beauty of nature.

Then I feel relaxed, overjoyed, calm, relieved from the emotional thoughts, and back into a natural position. So nature gives us joy and life that creates inner peace within our minds. It teaches us everything about how to live without fear of speaking, gently, courageously, and calmly.

The beauty of the natural world where you can enjoy life limitlessly.

The oceans, mountains, snow mountains, reveres, waterfalls, vegetation, forests, Lakes, meadows, plains, greenery vegetations, desserts, clouds, sky, stars, night, sunshine, sunset,  Birds, and other living creatures. These are all ever-natural beauties That keep us always exuberant and blissful.

When I was younger, after school and before school, I used to go to fields where I enjoyed every bit of nature and I was involved in the beauty of nature. Sometimes I used to jump in the water, climb trees, and mountains, Play with domestic animals, swim in the small ponds and wells, eat natural fruits, Stand lonely looking at the sky,  and watch the running clouds in the sky. When it was sunset, I was thrilled, overjoyed, reverberated, and danced on the floor. That whole natural beauty taught me how to have a successful life naturally? 

Sometimes I enjoy the beauty of nature By imagining Jumping from one tree to another tree, one river to another river, one ocean to another ocean, one mountain to another mountain, floating in the sky,  running on the water, sitting upon the moon, living beside the beautiful vegetation and streams, And Swimming in the waterfall that endless imaginations gives me immense joy and happiness within me.

Whenever I feel stressed, I walk to the natural greenery fields, Streams, Water bodies, Greenery plains, Dense forests, And Small hills That cause quick Relaxation in my mind.

Whether you are a businessman or a common man if you are busy in your business or any other work. Don’t you know how to relax from stress and anxiety?

Whenever you get free time, rather than spending time in star hotels, around tall buildings, or in noisy streets, Just come out of that clumsy world. And go and enjoy the beauty of nature, the natural environment, and natural resources. That will relieve you immediately.

The beauty of nature always keeps your thoughts fresh and your mind at peace. It gives you immense joy. It instigates your mind to think and plan clearly and perfectly.

So when you feel stressed and uneasy, get outside and spend time in nature. It teaches you everything about how to live calmly and peacefully. Further, It increases your creativity And mind power. Thus it becomes key to success in your life.

So, engage with nature, feel it, spend it whenever you are free, and be involved in it because it is the ultimate power that increases your knowledge and spirituality. Even if you practice meditation, if you do it in nature, you will be enlightened shortly.
